Uncommon Event

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 300 mm

F Stop: f/7.1

Shutter Speed: 1/400

Captured this uncommon sight of a landed dragonfly. Kept my shutter speed high in case it moved to ensure that the shot would stay clean.

Mystical Daggar

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 36 mm

F Stop: f/5

Shutter Speed: 1/1000

I bought this interesting looking dagger and stuck it into the ground of a field to get a fantastical view of the object. Put lots of focus on the object and it's details

Fallen Down

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 18 mm

F Stop: f/4.5

Shutter Speed: 1/4000

Tried capturing some images of falling objects in different ways. I kept a high shutter speed here to make the umbrella look like it's floating

Rain Rocks

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 38 mm

F Stop: f/25

Shutter Speed: 1/30

A similar shot to fallen down, but with a very low shutter speed to make the rocks look like rain drops.

A Hooded Man

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 26 mm

F Stop: f/5

Shutter Speed: 1/20

Wanted to play with the human figure by obscuring the face. That mixed with the deep shadows and the hand outreach creates a sort of eerie look that I like a lot.

Let Me Tell You a Tale

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 27 mm

F Stop: f/9

Shutter Speed: 1/160

This was an attempt to emulate the early look of Bionicle promotional materials. The sun's glow through Tahu's eyes is what I'm most proud of here.

Down By The River

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 32mm

F Stop: f/9

Shutter Speed: 1/125

This is one of my senior photos that I took where I wanted a nice contrast between me and the environment.

Moonlight Bright

Camera: Canon EOS800D

Focal Length: 190 mm

F Stop: f/13

Shutter Speed: 1/30

I wanted to capture the moon with a sort of mysterious and cloudy vision. I used a lower shutter speed and shot slightly out of focus to capture that mysterious look.
